Knead with a bread machine, a chef’s machine or by hand until the flour absorbs the cheese and milk, then refrigerate and brush your phone.
How glutenous is the dough after water is legal
Yeast water: Microwave milk for 15 seconds, then add yeast. Pour into the bread machine and tear the dough into small pieces, add the yeast water and start the bread machine.
Knead the dough for 15 minutes, then add the butter and knead until a film comes out, then put it in the fridge.
I put it in the fridge at 10:00 and took it out at 1:00, but not all the way. I rolled it four times today, four rolls.
Put it in the moulds for two. My temperature is 23°C, until 6⃣️-7⃣️ full. Preheat the oven to 338°F (170°C).
Bake for 45 minutes in the lower middle (my big oven)
Remove from the mold and let cool.
I’m working, so I’m slicing and bagging at night when I get back from work, to see how it stretches.
I baked it at 3:30 p.m., sliced it at 11:30 p.m., and the elasticity was like this… soft, superb.
