How to make 10-minute sourdough noodles
Put the green onions, chili, white sesame seeds and five-spice powder (you can leave them out if you don’t have any) in a bowl.
Pour hot oil over it, add a spoonful of light soy sauce, two spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar, a little salt and chicken essence.
Cook the pasta.
Fry the ham, optional. Simultaneously cook the eggs. Add the egg to cold water and cook for five minutes, then sulk in hot water for three or four minutes to make a perfect sloppy egg.
Turn off the heat when the noodles are cooked. Add a little noodle soup into the prepared bowl, then take out the noodles, add the ham and the loose egg, the perfect sourdough noodles are ready.
