100 Days to Fat Loss Day71: How to braise chickpeas with vegetables
Prepare side dishes. Blanch the diced vegetables and chop everything else into small pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and saute the garlic, then the onion and tomatoes until semi-soft.
Add the tomato paste and two spoons of water and simmer.
Add the chickpeas, mixed dice, black pepper and spices and simmer a little.
Serve and garnish with some parsley or cilantro.
