Boil a pot of water, add 2 raw edible eggs, boil for 5 minutes, soak in cold water and peel the shells.
Mix the rice with salt and sesame seeds and spread it on a sheet of plastic wrap.
Put 1 egg on the rice, squeeze the right amount of salad dressing, wrapped into a rice ball. Wrap the rice ball with thinly sliced pork.
Prepare the sauce: light soy sauce, sugar and a little water, mix well.
In a pan with a thin layer of oil, fry the rice balls with egg meat, add sauce, cover with a lid and let it sit for a while.
Remove from the pan over high heat, serve and enjoy.
