How to make scrambled eggs with leek.
Prep: chop the leeks, beat the eggs and stir
Boil water in a pan and pour oil on a feeling.
Pour in the whisked eggs and toss them (if you don’t scramble them frequently, they get a little mushy like I did…)
Pour in the chopped leeks, toss and toss and toss again, add more salt
The finished product (the Huawei filter is just horrible … the dish is actually a very natural yellow)
