How to make a chicken leg casserole that serves three bowls of rice
Mince chicken thighs into small pieces, put a few slices of ginger, a spoonful of wine and a spoonful of light soy sauce and marinate for half an hour.
Carrots, potatoes and sweet potatoes cut into pieces
Cut your favorite side dishes and set them aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then you can put the chicken thighs and some cooked vegetables into a pot with half a bowl of water and let it simmer for 15 minutes.

Once the meat and vegetables are almost done stewing in the pot, place the sauce evenly on top and let it sit for 10 minutes!
After two minutes I put some more veggies in it and continued to let it sit for a while, after about 10 minutes you can flip the bottom of the pot so it doesn’t burn!
Stir in the cilantro, which some people love and others hate, and serve perfectly.
