Prepare the ingredients.
Cut small pieces of Gillette and soften them in cold water.
Place milk, coffee liquid and sugar in a saucepan.
Heat until boiling and sugar is melted.
Turn off the heat and stir in the light cream.
Put in the squeezed Gillette (the liquid should not be too hot).
Stir until the gilts are melted.
Once cooled, store in a container and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
To make the caramel sauce.
Place the sugar and water in a saucepan.
Heat over low heat, without stirring during.
Heat until it turns a deep amber color (shake the pan gently if the color is uneven).
Slowly add the cream that has come to a boil, stirring as you go (to prevent splashes and burns), then add the salt and mix well.
Keep stirring under cold water to cool.
Pour the caramel sauce over the top before serving.

⚠️Boiling sugar must not be stirred, so as not to crystallize, the color becomes darker immediately off the heat, boil too burnt will be bitter;.
