How to make donkey rolls with soy milk and glutinous rice flour
Stir the glutinous rice flour with soy milk and corn oil into a ball, lay it on a flat plate and let it steam for 25 minutes.
Remove from the steamer and let cool, stir with chopsticks when warm.
Roll out the dough into a rectangle so that it doesn’t stick and is easy to handle, remove the plastic wrap and sprinkle a layer of soybean flour on top.
I’m missing the filling, but it tastes good.
