A homemade version of braised duck, not too good to be true.
Cut the duck into pieces, soak and bleed in water

Add water, end over duck meat. You can add more water, bring to a boil over high heat, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer. 40 minutes – 1 hour or so.
Finally, close the sauce on high heat.
