Mix all the dough except the butter in 30 seconds on speed 3 to 6 in a large saucepan.
Roll the dough out, cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Divide into 9 equal portions, roll out and let stand for 5 minutes.
Roll out into a rectangle, shaping from the long side, rolling out to length, and place on a 3-piece gold plate (lined with parchment paper).
Brush the dough with butter, place it in the oven with a bowl of hot water, ferment at 38 degrees for about 30 minutes, the dough will become bigger.
Sprinkle the dough with powdered sugar, preheat oven to 180 degrees, medium heat 15 minutes.
