No oil in the pan!

Diced carrots and onions.
Chop the shallots.
➡️ Saute the onions, carrots and scallions in a small amount of oil in a pan.
➡️ Pour in the rice and toss to coat, then add a spoonful of oyster sauce to taste. (Since the bacon is salty, there’s no need to add additional salt to the rice)
➡️ Using your hands, pinch and press the rice into long strips, as long as the width of the bacon.
➡️ Roll up the pinched rice balls with bacon and secure the ends with a toothpick, as pictured. Then use your hands to press the ends of the rice again to set the shape.
(If you think one piece of bacon is too long, you can also cut it in half to roll, and pinch the rice balls smaller accordingly)
Place the rolled bacon dinner rolls in a skillet and cook them slowly over low heat (bacon comes with lots of oil, so the pan doesn’t need any more oil), and if you like them burnt, cook them a little longer, time on your own.
Once the bacon is fried until golden brown, it’s ready to be served and eaten.
