A new way to eat toast, zero failures, Sebastian’s favorite, really love love love. The way
I didn’t expect it to be really delicious, it’s worthy of the name.
1⃣ Put one whole egg and one egg white in a bowl, add sugar and mix well, then add cornstarch and yogurt and mix well, use a spoon to remove excess bubbles, stir the rest of the yolk for later.
2⃣Place the toast in the baking dish, use a spoon to press a big hole, put in the yogurt mixture, three slices are just right, then pour the remaining egg yolk on the surface, use chopsticks to make a few random patterns.
3⃣Preheat oven at 200 degrees, bake for 18 minutes.
It’s really simple and tasty, not too sweet and not too greasy.
