A simple version of potstickers that are so delicious!
Prepare all the ingredients, mushrooms can be dried or bought directly from the market, I used black glutinous rice here, you can use rice white (⚠️ glutinous rice should be soaked for 1 hour first)
While the glutinous rice is soaking, cut the mushrooms and salami into small dice, the smaller the better!
Soak the rice and Chinese sausage and mushrooms together in a rice cooker, add 2 spoons of light soy sauce, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, a little salt, water to cover the ingredients can be, do not need too much water.
