Step 1. 180 ml of milk in a bread machine.
Step 2. a spoonful of olive oil.
Step 3. 10 grams of sugar.
Step 4. 3 g salt
Step 5. 320g of wheat flour, followed by 5g of high active dry yeast powder
Note: The bread machine is set in the leavening mode, the time reservation is 1 hour and 30 minutes, the end of the leavening time is 8 minutes, repeat the leavening time (to eliminate the air bubbles in the dough).
Remove from the bread machine after 10-15 minutes, place a small amount of wheat flour on a board, knead the dough and leave it for about 10 minutes (keep the dough in the oven at room temperature at 45°C) to wake up the dough.
Steam on medium-high heat, delicious aromatic wheat plain steamed buns made complete!
