Have a green mood every day, haha
avocado (Persea americana)
half of sth
Matcha ice cream or vanilla ice cream (preferably matcha)
two large spoons
Coconut water or coconut milk
The blender just stirs.
It’s not a fattening avocado milkshake.
Cut half an avocado into small pieces, keeping its shell, and put it in the blender.
Dig in two large scoops of matcha dessert, not matcha or vanilla. Here we used matcha, which has a very light taste, in case the vanilla gets tired of it.
Add coconut water, coconut milk, coconut milk and so on, one is for a better taste, with the fragrance of coconut. The second is for the blender to be able to stir it. Just put 10-15ml of it. After all, only half an avocado too much will be thin. Here used coconut water because I happen to have. (By the way, we recommend this brand of coconut water, to buy pressed coconut, do not buy the original) (of)
Finish. Pour these milkshakes back into it’s shell. I couldn’t seem to finish them all by myself so I froze them back in the freezer. Feels like a little coconut sprinkled on top would be even better!
Interestingly, I saved the avocado seeds and tried to grow it into a small tree to keep me company. It’s cold here, so maybe it will grow very slowly. Maybe I can post a little tutorial on how to grow an avocado-.
