How to make black beans with garlic sauce
Prepare the ingredients, minced garlic and chopped peppers
Heat a pan and add canola oil (3 times the usual amount for frying)
When the oil is ripe at 6, add the chopped ginger, garlic, rice and chili and sauté over low heat.
Then add the black beans and stir-fry for a minute, then add the soy sauce and mix well.
Add sugar, turn off heat, stir well with remaining heat.
