How to make appetizing and delicious baby dumplings with vegetables
Add an egg, soaked and chopped mushrooms, chopped green onions, salt and a spoonful of soy sauce and marinate for 20 minutes.
Break 15 slices of baby cabbage (break the outside of the larger pieces, 15 slices used 2), boil water, water boiling, add baby cabbage, hot soft, remove from heat and cool
You can start wrapping the dollop when it’s not hot, take a slice of dollop and a generous amount of meat filling and roll it up!
Roll it all up and put it on a plate, steam it for 15 minutes.
Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp oyster sauce and half a bowl of water starch and heat until bubbling (keep stirring after adding water starch).
Steam the baby dumplings and take them out of the oven, pour the sauce on top, sprinkle the green onions on top, and the baby dumplings will be ready!
