How to Make Majestic Apple Lasagna
Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Wash and peel the apples, remove the cores and seeds, place in a medium bowl, and the slicing blade, and using the Auto setting of the food processor, slice the two apples into even thicknesses
In the large bowl of a food processor with a large knife head, pour in the eggs, sugar, butter, milk, and salt and blend on Auto for 3 seconds!
Pour the low gluten flour into the egg mixture and use the Auto setting for 3 seconds to mix the batter
Wrap the sliced apples in the batter once, then spread them out in a 6″ cake mold lined with baking paper and pour the rest of the batter in.
Spread sliced almonds on top (sliced almonds work best, but if not, substitute dried cranberries, raisins, etc.)
Bake in preheated oven at 170 degrees for 50 minutes on medium-low heat.
