How to Make Asparagus in Garlic Oyster Sauce
Wash the asparagus and blanch it in boiling water for about 1 minute. To keep the asparagus tender and green, add a little salt to the pan.
After 1 minute, remove from the pan and arrange the asparagus on a plate. Grate the garlic.
Add 2 teaspoons of oyster sauce, 4-5 grams of sugar to taste, and a little sesame oil, and simmer until a thin gravy forms. Top with asparagus. Sprinkle with garlic powder.
In a separate pan, put a little cooking oil in the pan, add the peppercorns, and after the peppercorns are slightly battered, pour the peppercorn oil over the garlic.
