Auntie’s steamed sunfish recipe
Ginger slices, with skin on, steam the fish on the surface later, stuff the fish without the skin.
Sprinkle the surface with salt and pepper and marinate for half an hour.
Just white onion, cut into pieces.
Put the onion and ginger slices and steam over high heat for 15 minutes.
Pour off the juices from the steamed fish and add soy sauce to enhance the flavor.
