Baby Snacks – How to make shrimp chips
Make a fine puree of the shrimp.
Shrimp puree + water + corn oil + salt + no added soy sauce + starch, mix well.
Put into a piping bag and cut 0.5cm slits.
Squeeze small packets all over the silicone grease paper, spacing between the packets. Cover with another sheet of parchment paper and press the pouches all by hand to form thin slices.
Bake in oven at 110 degrees on top and bottom, preheat for 10 minutes and bake for 30-40 minutes. Lay flat to cool and store immediately in an airtight container.
