Baby supplement: quick oatmeal + open sandwich recipe
This oatmeal is very easy to make. A small handful of spinach, cleaned and boiled in water for 2 minutes, drained. Add the oatmeal to the water to thicken, add the blanched spinach and about 50g of minced meat (can be cooked or raw, raw). (Cook for 2 minutes and it will also be cooked). Then add a little fish sauce, and flaxseed oil to taste.
Suitable for babies from 10M+.
Slightly older children can pair it with this open sandwich, which is also very simple, using my own matcha toast and then Put a slice of cheese, a loose fried egg, and avocado. A sprinkle of black pepper and a little salt and it’s done.
