How to make baked pear with rock sugar [cooked by Confucius]
1: Wash the pears, cut in the top third of the pear, and use a knife to remove the core without poking the bottom.
2, Place icing sugar in the empty space where the pear cores are.
3, Cut off the pear lid, cover, and secure with a toothpick.
4, Wrap the pears in tin foil and place in a baking dish.
5: Preheat the oven. Place the baking sheet in the middle of the oven at 170 degrees for 45 minutes and press the “Start Button” to start.
6、When the pears are baked, remove the foil and serve while hot.
