How to Make Baked Rice with Cheese
Cut the chicken breast into cubes and feed it with oyster sauce for 10 minutes, cut the potatoes into small pieces, carrots into small pieces, green pepper and green onions into small pieces.
When the oil is hot, add the green onions, add a few drops of soy sauce, add the potatoes and carrots, stir-fry until broken, add a little starch, mix well, stir-fry evenly, add a little warm water, season, simmer and collect the sauce.
Spread some rice in the bottom of a baking bowl, put the chicken and potatoes in it and spread them out.
Add the shallots and green pepper.
Sprinkle the cheese all over.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, 25 minutes to half an hour.
