The container is a 1L tempered glass bowl with a lid (also tempered glass and not airtight with the lid on, so don’t worry about frying it)

Microwave lazy version of Cheesy Tomato and Egg Baked Sweet Potatoes
Cut the sweet potatoes into fine shreds, I was lazy and used a shredder, put them in a glass bowl, add two spoons of water, mix well, cover and put on high for 2 minutes.
Add an egg and a toothpick to prick the yolk a few times. Cover over medium-high heat for 1 minute.
Sprinkle the seaweed on top of the egg and cover over high heat for 2 minutes.
Cover with cheese, sprinkle seaweed balsamic pine and black pepper over cheese, cover for 30 seconds over medium-high heat.
The yolk of the egg must be pierced, otherwise it may fry.
