How to make BBQ pork chicken breast
Squeeze the chicken breasts dry and place them in a large pot. Add BBQ pork sauce, soy bean paste, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, dark soy sauce, tang, honey and garlic, toss well, cover with plastic wrap. Place in the refrigerator and marinate for at least 4 hours.
Drain the marinated chicken breasts and place them on the case, fold them lengthwise so that the fascia side is facing outwards, and tie them together with a thicker piece of string, not too loosely.
Brush a layer of oil in a pan, add the tied chicken breasts and brown the surface. Pour in the chicken breast marinade and half of the water. Cover the pan with a lid and bring to a boil, skimming off any foam in the middle of the pan, and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.
Open the lid and thicken the sauce to coat the chicken breasts. Then take the chicken breasts out of the pot, put them in a plastic container, cover with plastic wrap, let them cool and refrigerate overnight. Just remove the string and slice it when you eat it.
