How to make Popped Cheese Tart
Prepare the ingredients, and if you don’t use condensed milk, add the appropriate amount of sugar, e.g. 30-40g of sugar
Soften cream cheese in water until smooth.
Add the rest of the ingredients except the egg and mix well
Pour into the tart crust and refrigerate for two hours
Remove from fridge and brush with egg wash
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees (180 degrees C) and bake for 25 minutes.
Cheese filling puffed up and browned
Allow to cool and serve.
