How to make battered purple potato cheese soufflé
Prepare the ingredients:Thaw the tart crust, I made 12 of them. One egg, as long as the yolk, give the last one to brush on top of the purple potato pastry. A packet of sliced cheese to taste, salty, or sweet if you like, or use mozzarella and a few sesame seeds.
Slice the potatoes, steam them for 15 minutes, press them with a spoon, cool them and reserve them for later.
Form a small ball like this and wrap it into the purple potatoes.
Thaw the tart crust and carefully peel it off, then wrap the purple potatoes and put them back inside the tart tray, then brush them with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds, black and white will do!
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees for 10 minutes, put it in the oven for about 20 minutes and it’s ready to bake!
The finished product is lovely, and the house is full of fragrance.
