Seaweed and Meat Loaf Beach Shrimp
Shrimp handling: remove the whiskers and make a cut inside the shrimp to make a beautiful dollar-shaped shrimp.
Put the shrimp in the water, add the ginger, onion, garlic, wine and a little salt and marinate for a few minutes to remove the fishy smell.
Heat a pan, add the salad oil and heat the oil until it reaches 60-70% (smoke comes out of the oil)
Drain the marinated shrimp, remove the onion, garlic and ginger and fry for 1 minute.
When the oil is hot again until you see smoke, add the shrimp to the frying pan again and fry them until you can hear the crunch in the spoon!
Remove and control oil.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, green onion, wine, MSG, salt and steamed fish soy sauce in turn.
Add the shrimp, stir-fry for a few times, add salt and pepper, stir-fry for a few times, turn off the heat and wait for use.
Add red pepper and green onion, stir well.
Pour the mixture into the shrimp to be used and mix well.
Plate up, and you’ve got a delicious seaweed and meat beach shrimp.
