How to make bean paste bread
Prepare all the ingredients weighed
Add flour, yeast, warm milk (37℃), powdered sugar, salt and mix well.
Add the softened butter and continue kneading until a coarse film forms.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise in a bowl of water at 37℃ until it doubles in size.
Press the dough to release air.
Divide into small balls of about the same size and relax for 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough into an oval shape, then lightly score both sides with a slit.
Roll up the dough and pinch the ends together.
Place in preheated oven at 180℃ for medium heat. Top and bottom of the oven at 180℃, 20 minutes.
Bake and let cool, then store at room temperature or freeze.
Serve Delicious and fluffy.
