How to Make a Bite of Bean Curd
Melt the butter in water or microwave or blow dryer and whip with powdered sugar.
Beat until white and add the egg mixture, in two additions
Add flour, flour strain, or be lazy!
Knead the dough, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
Take it out of the fridge, roll it out in long strips and squeeze the bean paste over it.
Rolled as pictured, cut into strips, medium size
Place in baking dish, brush with egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Oven 180°, 15 minutes, preheat 5 minutes in advance.
