How to make beef brisket with radish
Cut up the brisket and blanch the blood!
gather up and dry
Heat the oil in a pan and saute the garlic! Add the brisket and stir-fry (you can skip this step and add these ingredients to the pressure cooker).
The garlic, the bled brisket, the marinade, and maybe a little dried chili.
Add a little bit of oil, chicken essence and salt! Soy sauce!
If stewing, use twice as much water as the meat! If you need soup to cook something, use 2.5 times the water for the meat! Start pressing, half an hour after blowing (watch out for too little fire!). (28 minutes if there are less beef tendons, 25 minutes more if there are more) Turn off the heat, open the pan, and add the chopped radishes! Cover up and keep pressing for 5 minutes!
