light soy sauce
How to make beef brisket with tomatoes
Wash the brisket and cut it into chunks, add water to the pot, add three slices of ginger and three spoons of wine.
In a pan with a little oil, add the icing sugar and sauté until caramelized, being careful not to get splashed by the hot oil, but if you are using soy sauce, this step can be skipped!
Stir-fry the brisket, ginger and scallions together.
Stir fry three tablespoons of wine until no water, turn off the heat, put into a pressure cooker, add a little salt and two tablespoons of soy sauce, cover and press for 40 minutes.
Potatoes cut into hob chunks
Sauté tomatoes in oil in a pan.
Sauté until soft, then add the potato cubes.
Pour the pressed brisket into a casserole dish, add the sautéed tomatoes and potatoes and cook together for about half an hour.
If you can stick your chopsticks through the potatoes, you’re good to go.
Just sprinkle with green onions.
I’m not going to be able to do that.
