Beef Brisket Stew with White Radish and Yam
Soak the beef brisket in cold water, bring to a boil, remove to another hot water pan, add onion, ginger and wine and cook on low heat for an hour and a half.
Add the white radish and yam pieces and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.
Add light soy sauce, a little vinegar, salt and coriander.
Out of the pot, beef turnip yam is very bad, the soup is fragrant, refreshing.
