How to Make Beef Soup for Beef Noodles
Prepare the required ingredients.
Cut the beef into pieces and soak in water to remove blood.
Put cold water in a pan and spread more water over the beef. Bring to a boil, uncovered, and skim off the blood and oil spatter.
After the blood and grease have been skimmed off, ([upper left] here, please note that it is important to skim as much as possible, so that the blood and grease can be fully removed). (The soup will only be clear and avoid cloudy broth.) Add a can of beer.
Add all the spices and the orange peel to the soup, let the foam of the beer cool down a bit and then cover the pressure cooker. Generally, a small piece of beef can be pressed for about 20 minutes.
Add more salt to taste after serving. Sprinkle with a handful of coriander and a few drops of chili oil and balsamic vinegar to taste.
Pre-cooked beef can be cooked a little longer, so that the fat on the beef is precipitated more, skimmed off the broth clear and not tired.
Many people like to add more spices when cooking beef, such as spice leaves and cinnamon, I personally find that adding less will ensure that the original flavor of the food, the flavor of the beef that melts in the mouth, will not be affected by too much spice.
