How to Make Noodles with Beef in Golden Soup
Peel the squash and cut the carrots into chunks
Remove the mushroom tails, wash and tear into small strips
Cut the green pepper into rings, the red pepper into strips, the garlic into garlic rice, and the ginger into slices
Add water, two or three slices of ginger and wine, bring to a boil, add the sliced beef to the boil, remove any foam.
Remove the cooked fatty beef from the pan and put the soup in a bowl, heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic and rice and the remaining ginger, sauté to taste and then add the soup you just served.
Bring the soup to a boil, add the pumpkin, carrots and chillies, and simmer until the pumpkin is soft, about 15 minutes, then crush with a spoon.
Add the mushrooms and cook the fatty beef over high heat for five minutes
Add salt, soy sauce, vinegar and green and red pepper, and cook the noodles for five minutes.
