Sometimes you think potato beef stew is too much work and too expensive for gas (electricity)
Sometimes you think you can’t eat too much fatty food to lose weight
As long as you have a pressure cooker, you can try this recipe to ensure that you can easily eat hot and soft potato beef stew. If you’re on a diet, don’t put too much salt in it, and don’t eat rice if you’re eating this recipe.
If you’re going to make several dishes, we recommend doing this first.
Because after the pressure cooker is pressed, you can put it aside to free up cooking space for other dishes.
By the time you’re done, the pressure cooker will be almost out of gas and you’ll be able to serve it hot and fragrant.

A lazy version of pressure cooker potato beef stew
Beef and potatoes cut into bite-sized pieces. Slice ginger. Small onions washed.
Put the meat on the bottom, then put the ginger, knotted shallots, rock sugar, star anise and potatoes (I forgot to put the shallots at first). Then add the wine, soy sauce and water. The liquid can be less than the meat is almost ready.
Cover the pressure cooker with a lid, place it on the meat file and set the time. Set the time, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium for 8 minutes. 8 minutes later, turn off the heat. (If the pressure cooker design is different, you can set your own alarm.)
Before serving, pick off the knots of shallots. Season with pepper and salt. Serve and sprinkle with a little green onion sprinkles. Serve!
At this point you can add a little more water depending on the ingredients.
But if you put tomatoes in, put less water-
