Tomato and Potato Beef Casserole
Prepare baby tomatoes and potatoes
Potatoes cut into cubes
Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, peel and chop them.
Rice, water to taste
Heat a pan, add some olive oil, add the shallots and burst into the sauce, sauté the tomatoes, run the beef through the hot water, add the potatoes and baby vegetables.
Stir fry rice until it’s 7 mature and pour it into the rice cooker for normal rice steaming setting.
