How to Make Beef Sauce for Rice
Garlic, ginger, shallots and beef all finely chopped and reserved.
Add tea oil into the pan, you can add more oil for storage. When the oil is hot, add the onion, ginger and garlic. Stir fry the beef until browned, then add the whole bottle of Haitian soybean paste and continue to stir fry. When fragrant, add a little sesame oil.
Add a little soya sauce and salt to taste.
You can add a little water and then reduce the water to a thick consistency over high heat. If you have enough oil, you can leave the water out. Adding water will make it soft, while deep frying it in pure oil will be chewy.
