How to Make Beef Froth with String Beans
Chop ginger, garlic and chili pepper. Add oil and soy sauce and mix well for ten minutes.
Remove the tendons from the string beans. Remove the heads and tails and cut them into small pieces. Boil a pot of boiling water, put the beans in it and cook until they are transparent, then drain.
Saute the chillies, garlic and ginger in hot oil.
Add the marinated beef and stir-fry evenly.
Pour in the green beans and stir-fry. Add salt and stir-fry evenly.
Ready to serve.
