How to make shredded pork with Beijing-style sauce
Marinate the shredded meat with wine, salt, black pepper, 1 egg white and starch for 20 minutes.
Sauce: 3 tbsp sweet sauce, 2 tbsp each of wine, vinegar and water, 1 tbsp each of light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar, 1 tbsp each of black pepper and white sesame seeds.
