How to make black forest cake with rich chocolate.
Beat egg yolks + sugar until thickened and white, add vanilla extract and almond flour.
Melt the butter + dark chocolate into the egg yolk batter and stir well.
Whisk the egg whites to form a large soft hook, mix with the egg yolk batter, add the low gluten flour, pour into the moulds and bake at 180° for 25 minutes.
Bring the cherry juice + sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
Cut the cherries in half and reserve.
Add starch and water and stir well. Pour in cherry juice, stirring constantly over low heat until thickened.
Pour in the cherries and mix well
Cut three slices of cake and brush with icing sugar
The bottom layer is cherry sauce. Squeeze the cream over it.
