How to make black pepper beef udon noodles
Shred green peppers, tear apricot mushrooms into strips, cut beef into strips.
Add black pepper, soy sauce and stir, then add water, starch and mix well, add oil and mix well, marinate for 10 minutes.
Boil udon noodles in boiling water for 1 minute and then remove from the heat.
