How to Make Blanched Shrimp
Wash shrimp, trim legs, whiskers, guns and toothpicks to pick shrimp threads.
Half of the ginger sliced, half of the ginger chopped, three cloves of garlic patted flat, three cloves of garlic chopped, knotted onion, one star anise, three small rice peppers with their stems removed, two tablespoons of wine, one tablespoon of salt and steamed fish in soy sauce, prepared
Add half a pot of water to the pot and add all the ingredients from the previous step except the ginger and garlic.
Boil water, let shrimp boil for 5 minutes, then skim off the foam, turn off the heat and let shrimp soak for half an hour in the pot of water.
Mix ginger, garlic and a spoonful of steamed fish with soy sauce and oil and half a spoonful of vinegar.
