Wash the dates and remove the cores for later use, or remove the skin if you are worried about fire.
Wash and peel the yam, cut it into small pieces, and pour it into a food processor along with the dates and eggs.
Pour the mixture into a food processor and make a paste.
After beating, make a rice paste so that the steamed cake will not be too dry and your baby will not easily choke on it.
Coat the steaming bowl with baby’s walnut oil to prevent the steamed cake from sticking to the bowl after it comes out of the oven! Pour all the beaten paste into a steaming bowl, cover with tin foil and poke a few holes for air.
Steam over medium heat for 20 minutes.
The sweet, sticky, blood and spleen supplement is ready for your baby to eat!
