How to make braised beef ribs
Boil the ribs in water, no need for the water to boil, just lightly brown the meat.
Stir fry the spices in a non-woven bag.
Heat oil in a pan, add sugar, ginger, garlic, 10 dried peppers and peppercorns to the pan and fry slowly. Stir fry all over medium heat to barely simmer.
In another pot of boiling water, stir the ingredients into a cast iron skillet and simmer for 1 hour. Adjust the simmering time to suit your taste.
