How to make home-style braised crucian carp and shredded radish
Wash and drain the crucian carp, cut 3 times on each side, rub salt evenly on both sides to taste (the amount is the amount of salt used for the fish).
(One or two of the crucian carp is fine, just use as much as you want)
Shredded carrots, you can also use white carrots, they’re just ripe this time of year, taste them!
The sauce is ready, if you like spicy, add 1 or 2 bell peppers.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the crucian carp, fry on medium-low heat until golden brown on both sides.
Add the shredded radish and fry around the fish for a while, turning the radish to avoid burning, add the ginger, green pepper, peppercorns and garlic.
Put the bean paste, add water to cover the ingredients, add chicken seasoning, soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine and pepper.
Cover and cook over high heat, when the sauce is almost gone, put garlic and garnish with green onions (beginners can taste the flavor at this time, adjust to taste).
