How to make braised chicken wings
A box of 7 raw chicken wings.
Prepare the onions, ginger, garlic and chillies, and ignore the chillies if you don’t like spicy food! I put a small pepper.
First rinse the chicken wings, front and back with a knife with two cuts, so that later more into the flavor, pour in the light soy sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, garlic and ginger slices into the marinade for 2-4 hours.
Add in the sliced garlic and ginger and marinate for 2-4 hours. Open a cold pan on medium heat, remove the chicken wings and fry them in a pan until golden brown (the pan is not very hot, so that the oil will not splash very badly), as shown in the picture, then pour in the ingredients from the previous soaking of the chicken wings.
