How to make braised pig’s feet (fattened pork)
Be sure to check and clean the large pig’s trotters you buy, some of the fatty parts can be cut smaller.
Bring the ginger to a boil in a pan of cold water and rinse with cold water to set aside
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, ginger and garlic.
Remove the onion, ginger and garlic and then add the rock sugar and stir-fry, always on low heat and stirring to avoid burning.
Melt the rock sugar to a liquid consistency and stir-fry the pig’s feet.
Then put in the onion, ginger and garlic that had been removed in between, and pour in the water that hadn’t been used for the pig’s feet.
Add some soy sauce and wine and bring to a boil over high heat. After that, pour the whole pot into the pressure cooker, press the simmer button and wait for the soup to be ready.
After the pressure cooker tip, pour the ingredients into the wok to reduce the sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
