Braised pork ribs, superbly cooked.
The steak knocked good put onion, ginger, garlic and wine marinade, I have about eight pieces here, I generally onion fried (can see my other recipe, onion fried steak) half of the braised Oh!

Fry it in oil, remove from the heat and reserve.
Here’s 50 grams of rock candy, about 35 grains.

After frying the ribs, I put the oil in a bowl to fry the fish, and this is the re-filled oil for the sugar.
It’s not bad until it’s a little caramel and bubbly.
Sauté for a few moments so that the ribs are evenly colored, then sauté for a while.

Stir fry evenly, small Roast for a while, usually 15 minutes is enough, if you want to eat a little older, longer, more tender, less time.
Remove and serve.
